厦心医院人工智能机器人辅助心脏瓣膜介入手术应用场景亮相峰会
4月29日,第八届数字中国建设峰会,在福州盛大开幕,厦门大学附属心血管病医院,人工智能机器人辅助心脏瓣膜介入手术,作为医疗领域人工智能典型应用场景,亮相福建人工智能典型应用展区。
随着人口老龄化加剧,心脏瓣膜病的发病率快速攀升。我国现有瓣膜病患者2500万,成为威胁公共卫生健康的严重挑战。相比于外科手术,微创介入治疗具有创伤小、恢复快等优点,但手术技术难度大,医生学习曲线长,目前国内仅部分医院能够独立开展,存在巨大的治疗缺口。
为解决这一问题,厦门大学附属心血管病医院王焱院长团队ai challenge,联合创新器械公司研发了全球首款瓣膜介入手术机器人,并于2023年12月完成全球首例机器人辅助经导管二尖瓣缘对缘修复术。
作为国家心血管疾病临床医学研究分中心和国家心血管病区域医疗中心,厦心医院常态化开展各类瓣膜介入手术ai challenge,技术难度和手术量位居全国前列。同时,医院积极推动国产自主创新,联合企业研发多项创新医疗器械。
手术机器人集成了机械工程、电力电气、通信技术、先进材料、人工智能等前沿技术,厦心医院与合作企业历经多年深度医工融合,600多个零部件,1000多次重复试验厦心医院人工智能机器人辅助心脏瓣膜介入手术应用场景亮相峰会,从图纸到样机,从动物实验到临床试验ai challenge,终于成功实现全球首创。
2024年11月,王焱院长受邀在美国TCT大会上首次报告了瓣膜介入手术机器人的临床数据,引起国际同行广泛关注。美国纽约长老会医院-哥伦比亚大学欧文医疗中心的Luigi 教授专程来厦观摩学习,计划将该产品引入美国开展临床试验。
2025年4月,王焱院长团队运用另一款国产手术机器人完成经导管主动脉瓣置换术,在瓣膜介入修复和置换两大术式均实现手术机器人的开创性应用,奠定了在该领域的国际领先地位。
人工智能等新兴技术的突飞猛进,叠加临床专家的技术经验,心脏介入治疗正朝着精准化、智能化的方向不断发展。未来厦心医院人工智能机器人辅助心脏瓣膜介入手术应用场景亮相峰会,手术机器人有望成为心脏介入手术的标配,推动瓣膜介入治疗模式从“经验驱动”向“技术协同”转变,造福更多患者。
